Our continuing efforts to improve the quality of our service have resulted in obtaining the Certificate of Quality System AQAP 2110:2003 and the Certificate of Quality Management System PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 in the fields of designing technical systems for property security, providing technical and physical services in personal and property security, and event security services. The certificates remain in force provided that the conditions posed by PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 are obeyed, which is under regular inspection by external auditors. In this way, the maintenance and systematic improvement of quality management system are guaranteed.
Our customers’ satisfaction and positive opinions on our services were reflected in the results of an independent, nationwide customer opinion survey by Przegl?d Gospodarczy and Gallup Institute in April 2006. We were awarded the LAUR KLIENTA 2006 gold emblem for "Services in personal and property security", which is tantamount to the first position among security service companies in Poland.
